I generally do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the item received is defective or damaged. Due to the nature of my products being jewelry, I prioritize hygiene and quality control. In this case, refunds are issued on a "as needed" basis based on manual review. 

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact me immediately at [caryssasjewelry@yahoo.com] with the following information:

2. A description and clear photos of the defective or damaged item.

We will do our best to remedy the situation by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

Cancellations

 

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
